Production Notes

All sizes of ads are now available in color. Prices shown are for electronic ads provided by the advertiser in any of the following formats; Photoshop, Illustrator,InDesign, or Adobe Acrobat PDF (either Mac or PC). All ads must be no larger than the sizes specified above. Color ads must be supplied as 4-color CMYK to size.

We can prepare your ad for you if you like. Call to discuss your requirements and any fees that may be involved.

All advertising is paid in advance. It works like this: pay for an ad and when it appears in the issue I mail you a copy of the issue with an invoice for the next issue’s ad. You have 30 days to pay that inovice and have your ad in the next issue. Changes to ads must be received before the next ad deadline. Ad cancellations must be received at least one issue prior to the current contract expiration date. Otherwise, the contract automatically renews.
